It’s been such a long ago I made raw brownies. And they are really so easy to make. You don’t even need a recipe. A mix of nuts, dates and cacao powder and you can make the most delicious brownies. And if you add some coffee flavor or other spices (think cinnamon/maca/carob), your brownies can make a lovely breakfast too.
Recipe:
Crust:
1,5 cup dehydrated nuts
0,5 cup almonds
7-8 dates
3TbSp Cacao powder( or FinFemale American Brownies https://fitnfemale.com/shop/flavourite/ like I used)
a pinch of salt
Cream
1 avocado
2 dates
3TbSp cacao powder
3TbSp coconut milk
Place the walnuts and the almonds in a food processor and process until finely ground. Add the cacao powder and sea salt and pulse to combine. Transfer to bowl and set aside. Add the dates to the food processor and process until small bits remain. Remove and set aside. Add nut and cocoa mixture back into food processor and mix well until you get a dough consistency. Add the brownie mixture to a small parchment lined dish.
FOR THE CREAM: Add all the ingredients to the food processor and mix wel to get an homogeneous texture. Frost brownies generously with the cream and then top with some rose petals or some raw nuts. Slice into 9-12 even squares. Store brownies in an airtight container to keep fresh. Will keep for 3-4 days at room temperature, or in the freezer for at least 1 month (though best when fresh).

Great post 😄
