Since I received the Saponine mold, making soaps is more than a simple pleasure. I can’t wait making my mantra swirl soap using this mold, but in the meantime, I subscribed to the Amy’s monthly challenge. This month’s soap challenge at Great Cakes Soapworks was the Holly Swirl, a modified in-the-pot swirl method and so called because it was first created by Holly Bailey of Missouri River Soap Co. I really liked it because it allows plenty of time with the trace. I do really like the method and I plan to use it a lot in the future.
Soap made of: coconut oil, palm oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, almond oil, cacao butter, water, zinc oxide, spirulina, yellow ochre, sea buckthorn oil, lavender essential oi, rosemary essential oil.
Thanks again to Amy Warden of Great Cakes Soapworks for setting up and hosting the challenge!

Bonnes vacances ♥
You got a very nice swirl and you always get so beautiful colors. I must be hungry, because the green swirly parts reminds me of broccoli 😀
unul din preferatele mele! nu-i asa ca arata foarte bine?;)
Lovely swirl! And what a great selection of oils you’ve used – you’ve inspired me to be a bit more adventurous!
It’s a beautiful soap….well done 🙂
OMG, you put sea buckthorn oil in! How does this precious oil feel in soap?
It’s beautiful,Nat, but I see spirulina as gray, so it must be more beautiful in person!
Gorgeous soap! Did you use spirulina to achieve the line on the top of your swirl? Love that you used natural colours 🙂
Love the flowers on top… very chic and sophisticated. Lovely!
So pretty, Natalia! And such exotic ingredients too! Lovely contrasting colors & swirls!
Sea buckthorn oil is not one I am familiar with, but your oils sound wonderful. Very unique swirls. I love your soap.
So gorgeous Nat! I’m always impressed with how you pull these challenges off with natural colors 🙂
Natalia, esti minunata! Am fost putin absenta de pe net si nu am apucat sa vad tot ce ai mai produs… abia astept sa le descopar pe rand si pe celelalte! 🙂

I could’ve sworn I left a comment earlier. In any case, this is gorgeous Nat, just like all your soaps. I especially love the dried flowers on top.

Very pretty! You did a nice job.
One of the most beautiful soap I’ve seen lately! Bravo Nat!
Ton savon est extra: swirl, choix des ingrédients, coloration naturelle ( spiruline / argousier).
Beautiful colors, I love that it looks kind of unusual. Love them!
Beautiful soap. I’ve been trying this technique, but mine have not turned out so pretty.
