The best thing of my freezer today is that it has these no-bake collagen black goji treats. I have been obsessed about collagen lately and so happy to find a brand like
Rejuvenated that tastes so so good. In this recipe I combined it to black goji powder from Unicorn Superfoods , which was the 1st time I tried and was totally sold about the color!
Ingredients for the crust:
1,5 cup poppy seeds, ground
5 dried plums
Ingredients for the cream:
1,5 cup cashews, soaked overnight
30 gr collagen
10 gr black goji powder
100 ml coconut cream
30 gr raw red beet
the juice of half of a lemon
Crust: Mix everything until the composition starts to hold together when sqeezed. Divine the composition into 2 equal parts and roll them gently.
Creme: Mix everything together and pour it on the 2 rolled crusts. Put them in the freezer for several hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, take them out of the freezer and put the layers one on top of the other, pressing them gently. Cut them into small bites. Enjoy them!
