Breakfast bars


For the hectic mornings…. Crunchy and full of nuts and healthy fats, these bars are a life safer. It’s not something we eat often, but it makes me happy to know I have something ready for the moments when the alarm clock didn’t wake us up in time 🙂

To make 12 bars:

Sunflower nut butter 20 gr

Peanut butter 50 gr

Raw tahini 50 gr

Dates 6+ 1/2 cup water

1 box of Classic SeedHeart mix

Mix in a blender the dates with water, then add the sunflower, peanut butter and the tahini. Mix again and then add the SeedHeart mix. Transfer the mixture to a lined pan then use a rubber spatula or damp finger tips to firmly press the mixture into the pan. Pour the melted chocolate/cacao mass over the mixture.
