Personalized buckwheat bars

It’s been a while since I haven’t made these bars, and we all love them. When I discovered on the website Place à la nature these cute alphabet cereals, I knew quickly how to use them. They make a beautiful breakfast and especially lovely desserts when having quests. We already used them for a birthday cake and the result was really lovely.

Mix the dates, the butters, the water, the tahini and the melted cacao/coconut butter using a blender until you get a cream. Pour it into a bowl and add the walnuts and the buckwheat. Mix well. Transfer the mixture to lined pan and put it in the freezer for 3 hours. After 3 hours, take them out of the freezer and cut them in bars. Cover them with the melted chocolate and personalize them with the cute letter cereals.
