It’s been a while since I haven’t made these bars, and we all love them. When I discovered on the website Place à la nature these cute alphabet cereals, I knew quickly how to use them. They make a beautiful breakfast and especially lovely desserts when having quests. We already used them for a birthday cake and the result was really lovely.
For a mould of 20cm/30 cm(20 bars)
4 TbSp peanut butter (-/+ 80 gr)
2 TbSp raw tahini( -/+ 80gr)
1 TbSp pumpkin seed butter
1/2 cup water(100 gr or less, depending on how dry your dates are)
30 gr coconut oil, melted
½ cup walnuts, chopped
2 cups raw sprouted buckwheat groats
2 raw chocolates melted
Mix the dates, the butters, the water, the tahini and the melted cacao/coconut butter using a blender until you get a cream. Pour it into a bowl and add the walnuts and the buckwheat. Mix well. Transfer the mixture to lined pan and put it in the freezer for 3 hours. After 3 hours, take them out of the freezer and cut them in bars. Cover them with the melted chocolate and personalize them with the cute letter cereals.
