Collagen bonbons

These dark chocolate collagen bonbons are my favorite sweets these days. I love to have them next to my turmeric latte every evening.

To make them:

160 gr cashews

the juice from 1 lemon

10 gr black goji powder

30 gr collagen

80 gr coconut milk

30 gr agave

30 gr coconut butter

Simpy mix all the ingredients in a blender, then pour the cream in a bonbon mold, freeze it for some hours. Cover the freezed bonbons in melted dark chocolate – 150 gr chocolate would be enough.
