Sugar free granola using the roasted pumpkin and beautiful Signature granola to make a sunday even more cozy.

I became addicted to https://www.naturallygranola.com/ made by Tiara. To be honest, since dicovering Tiara’s granola, which my girls love so much, I stopped making them at home. Knowing Tiara and everything she puts in her granola, you can’t pass and not willing to have her granola yourself. The day I received my granola parcel, I just finished some ceramics. My joy was so big that I wanted everyone to know about it. Here are some pics:)

Of course, I had to create something using Tiara’s granola, here the recipe for quick sugar free autumnal brownies.

160 gr roasted pumpkin (with skin) 20 gr ghee, melted, or coconut oil(for a vegan version) 50 gr coconut oil, melted 200 gr melted dark chocolate 5 dates 4 eggs(flax eggs for a vegan option: 1TbSp groud linseed+3TbSp water) 40 gr coconut flour 35 gr wheat flour salt 1TbSp baking soda + 2 TbSp vinegar 1/2 cup Signature granola to decorate the brownies

Preheat the oven to 175C. Mix in a blender the eggs, the roasted pumpkin, the dates, the baking soda and the vinegar until you get an homogeneous texture. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the granola) and mix well again. ¨Pour the mixture into a 20/20 cm mold and bake it for 30 minutes. Decorate it with Signature granola.
