
You know it or not, hemp seeds are a gift of nature. The list of their benefits for our health is very long, but at least these 2 facts need some attention from your part: they contain all of the essential amino acids, which makes them a complete source of protein and they have an excellent balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Reasons enough to eat them as often as possible.

This butter is very easy to make, but make sure you get good quality hemp seeds and a good mixer (hello Vitamix!). You will also need some patience while mixing , as the longer you mix the better the seeds are blended. I always add 2-3 garlic cloves, as I find the combination so good especially if you got some fresh baked sourdough bread.
200 gr hemp seeds
100 gr water
2-3 garlic cloves
peper, salt
Mix in your blender all the ingredients making sure you stop from time to time and press the ingredients towards the blades to make sure that everything is blended smoothly. You may need to stop 2-3 times and make sure you let your Vitamix work long enough (5 min) to get a creamy texture. When ready, enjoy it on your bread. When is the last time you made something so good and healhy from just 2-3 ingredients?
